### 2. Data We Collect
- Email address (for login and communication)
- Voice recordings and transcripts
- Audio you record or upload in our free tools (voice to text, audio to text, movie voice changer) – processed only temporarily, see section 5
- IP address (used to enforce daily usage limits of free tools; it may also appear in server logs)
- Feedback you choose to send us (rating, text and, only if you agree, the name and description you enter). Feedback is published on our website only with your explicit consent and after our review; you can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Usage data (e.g., login times, session activity)
- Google Analytics metadata (non-personal)
### 3. Purpose of Collection
We collect data to:
- Provide and improve our services
- Authenticate users
- Analyze feature usage
- Offer support
### 4. Legal Basis
Data is processed on the basis of user consent and for legitimate business interests (service performance, security).
### 5. Data Storage & Security
We use encryption (AES) for storing sensitive data like transcriptions. Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Users can request deletion at any time.
Free tools and the "try without signup" feature: we do not store your recordings, uploaded files or their transcripts. Audio is kept only temporarily while it is being processed and is deleted immediately afterwards. Files created by the movie voice changer are deleted from our server within one hour. The counter of free uses per IP address is kept only in memory and is reset daily.
### 6. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the following processors, to the extent needed to provide the service:
- OpenAI Ireland Ltd. and its affiliates, including OpenAI in the USA – speech-to-text transcription, under OpenAI's Data Processing Addendum. Voice recordings (from your account, the "try without signup" feature and our free voice-to-text and audio-to-text tools) are sent to OpenAI's API to create the transcript. According to OpenAI's API data policy, data sent via the API is not used to train their models by default and may be retained by OpenAI for a limited period for abuse monitoring.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – server hosting; our servers and data are located in the EU
- Webglobe, s.r.o. (Slovakia) – email delivery (account activation, password reset, support and other service emails)
- Stripe (payment processor)
- Analytics and advertising providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement)
Some of these processors are located outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the USA). Such transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
