### Eligibility:
- Only first-time purchases of Voicelore Pro are eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the subscription date.
- The request must include your account email address and a brief explanation of the reason.

### Exclusions:
- No refunds will be issued if there is evidence of:
  - Account abuse or fraudulent behavior
  - Use of automation or mass exports outside intended usage
  - Violation of our Terms of Service
  - Excessive use inconsistent with fair and reasonable use

### Process:
- Submit refund requests via email to support@voicelore.com.
- Gombar s.r.o. will evaluate each request individually.
- Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund if we determine the user has exploited the service.
