Welcome to Voicelore — a digital journaling platform operated by Gombar s.r.o. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
### 1. Service Description
Voicelore allows users to record voice entries, transcribe them, and organize their thoughts in a structured way. The service is offered as a web-based SaaS with free and paid subscription plans.
### 2. Account Registration
To use Voicelore, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
### 3. Subscriptions and Payments
Voicelore offers a monthly paid subscription via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions from their account settings.
### 4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription.
- Your refund request must include your account email and reason for the request.
- Refunds apply only to the first-time purchase of Voicelore Pro.
- The refund will not be granted if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Gombar s.r.o. reserves the right to deny refund requests if we determine the service was used in a way that contradicts fair use or was exploited for excessive benefit prior to cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.

### 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including (but not limited to) distributing offensive content, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, or abusing system resources.
### 6. Data and Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Voice entries may be transcribed, stored, and analyzed securely. Encryption is used to protect sensitive content.
### 7. Service Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice.
### 8. Liability Limitation
Gombar s.r.o. is not liable for damages or losses resulting from your use of Voicelore. The service is provided "as is".
### 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Slovak courts.
